Overview:
We are hiring a Market Data Analyst to focus on exchange compliance, reporting, and user verification. You’ll handle hands-on processes such as exchange reporting, declarations, and user verification, while also assisting with audits and cost analysis. Over time, you’ll play a role in automating reporting and enhancing compliance analytics, making this an excellent path for candidates interested in both compliance and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit exchange reporting and declarations.
- Manage non-professional user verification and related compliance checks.
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit records.
- Analyze data to identify anomalies, risks, or optimization opportunities.
- Support automation projects in reporting and reconciliation.
- Work with relationship managers to explain compliance results to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Strong Excel skills; SQL, Python, or VBA familiarity is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely.
- Interest in market data policies and automation tools.

Compensation:
This is a junior level role with a good faith salary compensation between $42,500.00 – $50,000.00 annually. Actual compensation is guided by various factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match along with vacation and sick days.
Type of Position and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with normal Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
