Relationship Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will oversee multiple accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and partner closely with service leads and analysts to deliver exceptional results. You’ll translate client needs into actionable plans, coordinate internally, and maintain strong, trusted relationships that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with multiple clients, serving as their main contact.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and providing high-quality service.
  • Partner with Service Leads to oversee delivery of vendor management, market data, and compliance services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Lead regular check-ins and reporting sessions with clients.
  • Serve as client advocate internally, ensuring priorities and expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Support contract renewals, service adjustments, and client onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in account management, relationship management, or client-facing consulting roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Consulting or professional services background preferred.
